How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs our boutique.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since we curate collections from various designers, we also include 'Fit Notes' in the description to tell you if an item runs small, large, or true to size.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Prissy Pelican ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our flock to more international destinations soon.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Please contact our customer support team within one hour of placement, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
